CDT Policy Advisory Committee (CPAC) Meeting Update

Progress on the following issues were discussed:

●       The CDT Policy Guide which is in the final stages for comments

●       Final drafts of recent policies including:

○        Workplace Bullying, Harassment and Sexual Harassment

○        Workplace Facilities and Accommodation for Hospital Doctors

○        National Intern Allocation

We are seeking feedback on our next policies planned for review! Share your thoughts on:

●       Competency-based training in medical education

●       Employment processes for prevocational trainees and support for non-vocational trainees prior to entering a vocational training

●       … and a big one for those applying to training this year: Entry requirements for vocational training
